You can access your user account page by locating the user name in the top right corner of the website (next to the shopping cart icon). If you are not logged in, a pop-up window will appear, allowing you to log in or register.
You can download your digital products from three convenient locations:
- On the purchase completion page: After completing your payment and being redirected, you’ll find a download link directly on the page.
- In the purchase notification email: Check your email inbox for a confirmation email containing download links. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder.
- Within your account: Log in to your account and navigate to the “Downloads” section to access your purchased products.
It’s possible that our email ended up in your spam folder. Confirmation emails often contain download links, which can sometimes trigger spam filters. Please check your spam or junk folder. If you find the email, mark it as “not spam” to ensure you receive future emails from us.
Our 3D CAD models are entirely designed with Autodesk Fusion 360. The F3D project files are included in our kits and are fully editable.
No, toolpaths are not included with our products.
Yes, our kits also include STL files, which are importable into software such as Aspire, VCarve, and many others.
STL files are a versatile format compatible with a wide range of software, including:
- CAD/CAM software: Aspire, VCarve, Inventor, Fusion 360, Rhino, Solidworks
- 3D modeling software: Blender, Cinema4D
- 3D printing software: Simplify3D, Cura, PrusaSlicer
The STEP format is the most widely used for sharing CAD files. They can be imported into software such as Fusion 360, Solidworks, Inventor, Rhino, AutoCAD, and many others.
DXF files are a 2D vector format compatible with many softwares, including:
- CAD/CAM software: Aspire, VCarve, Fusion 360, Solidworks, Inventor, Rhino
- Vector graphics software: Adobe Illustrator or Inkscape.
